Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, please return the product for a refund according to the following guidelines:

• Return the goods within 30 days after receipt
• In the original packaging and in a new, unused state. Used items will not be accepted.
• With original purchase receipt. Please keep a copy for your records.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• The refund is made in the form of the original tender. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on the statement.

How to return:

To return an item, please fill in the return form and mail it with the item you want to return. The form can be found on your packing list or downloaded (click here to download the “return form”). Specify the reason for the return and put the return form in the package. Be sure to make a copy of the form for your records.

If you do not have a packing list, please include a letter with the returned items, which contains the following information:

• your name
• Address
• telephone number
• Email address
• order number
• Project name/description
• Reasons to come back
  Use the most convenient transportation company. In order to protect your interests, we recommend that you pack safely and ensure the return, because we cannot provide refunds for damaged or lost goods. Please return your product to the address below. We will process your return according to your instructions.
